At her law firm, she leads a construction and public procurement practice, focusing on comprehensive advising for infrastructure and investment projects (including contracts based on FIDIC conditions). An expert in amicable dispute resolution, she has extensive experience representing clients on both the procuring and performing sides, as well as subcontractors. She effectively conducts negotiation and mediation processes, prioritising settlement over prolonged litigation. She provides strategic contractual advice at every stage of complex infrastructure, energy, industrial, environmental, and volumetric projects. Her specialisations include drafting and reviewing contracts, as well as preparing in-depth legal analyses, ensuring legal security for major investment processes. In the field of public procurement law, she advises at all stages of proceedings, including lodging legal remedies for both contractors and contracting authorities. She also represents clients before the National Chamber of Appeal. Over more than 14 years, working at Mostostal Warszawa SA, she participated in complex court proceedings concerning payment disputes, including cases related to termination of construction contracts financed from European funds, as well as construction disputes involving contract amendments, price increases, or invalidation (for example, based on the rebus sic stantibus clause or lump-sum adjustments). By developing effective litigation strategies, she has successfully facilitated amicable resolutions of disputes in both common courts and arbitration.

Sylwia graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin. Her master’s thesis focused on contemporary transformations of the state in the legal culture of the West. In 2022, she completed postgraduate LL.M. studies in International Commercial Law at Koźminski University. Sylwia is a member of Warsaw Bar Association. From 2024, she has served as an arbitrator at the Arbitration Court of the National Chamber of Commerce. Sylwia is a business and people-oriented lawyer, and one of her greatest strengths is her high negotiation and interpersonal skills.
