Marcelina specializes in substantive and procedural civil law as well as labor law and social insurance law. She has experience in assisting individual clients in compensation cases against medical facilities and insurance companies, as well as in family matters. She has also worked on comprehensive legal support for business entities, particularly representing clients in legal disputes arising from the execution of contracts related to public procurement, labor law, and social insurance. In the law firm, she handles matters related to banks, including cases concerning claims from mortgage loan agreements denominated and indexed in foreign currencies, as well as cases related to data phishing. She supports the team in proceedings related to cross-border business disputes and infrastructure investment matters.

She is a graduate of law from the University of Rzeszów. Currently, she is pursuing studies in canon law at the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw and is undergoing traineeship at the Bar Association in Rzeszów. Since 2022, she has been serving as an Editor, Ethics Department Coordinator, and Member of the Editorial Board of the “Młoda Palestra” Advocate Trainee Journal. Marcelina is also an author of publications, scientific articles in legal journals, and monographs, including in the field of canon law.
