Jakub specialises in litigation, M&A transactions, and real estate deals. In Rö Legal he works mainly with international clients. He also provides advice on issues related to new technology law and intellectual property, including services for clients within the film industry. Jakub participates in environmental protection proceedings and is involved in complex restructuring and insolvency projects. Additionally, he supports clients in matters relating to white-collar crime. Jakub also works for pro bono clients and on strategic litigations concerning environment protection. Recently, he was notably engaged in representing ClientEarth, the Polish branch of a British organisation that operates globally in the realm of environmental protection, in a court dispute challenging greenwashing practices associated with the sale of so-called “eko-groszek” in Poland. He is currently continuing his work for ClientEarth regarding misleading marketing practices related to Nałęczowianka water.

Jakub holds a law degree from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw and an LL.M. in European Law from Leiden University in the Netherlands. He is also a graduate of the British Law Centre, a programme conducted by the University of Warsaw in collaboration with the University of Cambridge. Jakub has participated in international courses on arbitration and mediation. He is an attorney-at-law and a member of the Warsaw Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law. Furthermore, he is a mediator listed on the roster of permanent mediators maintained by the President of the District Court in Warsaw, as well as on the list of mediators at the Mediation Centre of the National Chamber of Commerce. Jakub has been associated with Rö Legal since 2017. His extensive experience and competencies have been recognised in the legal rankings of Rzeczpospolita Daily, where he has received recommendations in the TMT (2022-2024) and White Collar Crime (2024-2025) categories for several years.
