Jakub has experience in providing comprehensive legal services to businesses, including matters of commercial companies law and civil law. He has worked on commercial litigation and international arbitration proceedings. Jakub has provided legal services to clients in the energy, construction and banking industries, including litigation related to claims under mortgage loans denominated in foreign currencies.

He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. He also completed the LLM studies in International Trade and Investment Law at the University of Amsterdam. His research thesis focused on investment arbitration. Jakub gained in-depth knowledge on international law, in particular common law, at the British Law Centre, a joint venture between the University of Cambridge and the University of Warsaw, the Center for American Law Studies run in cooperation with Georgia State University and Emory University School of Law, as well as at a diploma course organized by the Polish Research Center for Law and Economy of China at the University of Warsaw. He joined the Rö team in July 2022, having gained previous work experience at several Warsaw law firms. He is an attorney-at-law trainee at the Warsaw Bar Association.
