Jakub works on court and arbitration commercial law proceedings and the law of new technologies. In Rö he works mainly with international clients. Jakub advises a leading owner of office buildings in disputes with its contractors, as well as other real estate matters. He also works on criminal proceeding in white collar cases. Jakub also works for pro bono clients and on strategic litigations concerning environment protection. Recently, he has been involved in, among others, representing ClientEarth, a Polish branch of the British multinational environmental law organization, in strategic litigation against greenwashing practices related to the sale of the so-called eco-pea in Poland.

Jakub completed the European Law LL.M. programme at Leiden University in the Netherlands and the Faculty of Law and Administration of Warsaw University. He is an alumni of the British Law Centre organised at Warsaw University in collaboration with Cambridge University. He participated in international courses on arbitration and mediation. Jakub is an attorney-at-law at Warsaw Bar Association. He has been with Rö since 2017. His vast experience and competence in the law of new technologies and IT have earned him an individual recommendation in this area in the 20th edition of the Rzeczpospolita Ranking of Law Firms.
