
Zofia specializes in the field of criminal procedure, particularly in the area of white-collar crimes, compliance, and internal investigations. She also participates in cases in the field of civil procedure, ESG, energy law and environmental law, including the prevention of greenwashing practices.

She completed her master’s degree in law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw. During her studies, she enhanced her knowledge and professional experience by actively participating in academic associations in the fields of international law, energy law, and mostly criminal law. As a student, she participated in the criminal law division of the University of Warsaw Law Clinic on a pro bono basis. She took part in the Erasmus+ program at Liège Université (Liège, Belgium), where she received training from professors who work for European Union bodies in areas such as European Union Criminal Law and Cybercrime. She devoted her master’s thesis to the criminalization of terrorist financing, examining the Polish model of criminalization, the practice of applying the law by courts, and, in a comparative perspective, comparing the criminalization of terrorism and its financing in Poland and in Belgium. She joined the Rö team in September 2025, having gathered her previous professional experience at a renowned law firm specializing in providing legal services to business entities.
