Anita specializes in substantive and procedural civil law. At Rö, she cooperates with the team dealing with civil and commercial law matters, with a particular focus on disputes arising from construction construction law and public procurement law. Her interests also include criminal law.

Anita graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in Krakow. She defended her master’s thesis entitled: “Abortion with particular emphasis on eugenic premise – in the constitutional, philosophical and comparative law context” at the Department of Criminal Law under the supervision of Agnieszka Barczak-Oplustil, PhD. She is currently taking her advocate training at the District Bar Council in Rzeszów. She joined the Rö team in May 2023.
