Wiktoria specialises in conducting complex litigation and arbitration proceedings for business entities. She currently focuses on disputes and regulatory issues related to cybersecurity. She deals with cases concerning the liability of payment service providers for defrauding funds when, for instance, investing in cryptocurrencies and using modern payment instruments. She has experience in representing and advising clients from the construction, insurance, automotive and real estate industries. Wiktoria was a member of the team that successfully represented a group of Irish investors in a substantial damage case involving the misuse of a power of attorney. She also provided legal advice in a dispute between a Polish automotive company and a Chinese counterparty, concluded with a settlement agreement. She was involved in the representation of a German automotive giant in a precedent-setting class action. She advised and represented a multinational company offering innovative solutions to the medical, pharmaceutical and technology industries in disputes related to investments made in Poland. She also represents clients on a pro bono basis.

Wiktoria graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Warsaw University. She has been attorney-at-law at Warsaw Bar Association since 2020. Earlier, she cooperated with two renowned Polish law firms where she developed her expertise in litigation for entities operating in the construction sector, and in comprehensive legal advisory services for large economic players.
