Sylwia provides legal advice connected with litigation services to companies from the banking sector. She deals with, among others, cases involving phishing attacks and claims under mortgage loan agreements denominated and indexed in foreign currencies. In addition, she represents clients in construction disputes which often involve a cross-border aspect and concern e.g., unjustifiably charged contractual penalties, unjustified use of guarantees by the investor, refusal to pay for additional work, as well as the costs of contract execution during extended time. She has experience in compensation cases against insurance companies and medical institutions, as well as in advising medical entities and budgetary units. She gained her professional experience in Warsaw law firms and local government administration units.

She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. In her master’s thesis, written under the supervision of Professor Maciej Kaliński, she focused on supplementary claims and return of expenditures claims provided for in Article 224-230 of the Polish Civil Code. During her studies, she offered legal advice as a volunteer at the Maciej Bednarkiewicz Academia Iuris Foundation. Sylwia is a member of Warsaw Bar Association.
