He has experience in comprehensive advisory services in the fields of corporate law and M&A, as well as in civil proceedings, including cases against financial institutions. Currently, he specializes in managing commercial disputes, with particular focus on the construction and infrastructure sectors. In his legal advisory work, Michał combines his legal skills with an internal understanding of the infrastructure market. Business experience gained directly from contractors allows him to analyze disputes not only from a legal perspective but also through the lens of business and technological logic.

He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin, where he defended a master’s thesis on the concentration of entrepreneurs. He also completed postgraduate studies in “Law and Economics of the Capital Market” at the Warsaw School of Economics. Michał joined the Rö Legal team in April 2026, gaining previous professional experience in construction companies as well as in law firms in Warsaw and Kraków. He is currently undertaking his legal apprenticeship with the District Bar Council in Warsaw.
