Mateusz specializes in commercial litigation, with a particular focus on corporate disputes, as well as civil law, including consumer disputes. Mateusz has extensive experience in handling court proceedings at all levels of the judiciary, including complex and multi-faceted cases. In his practice, he focuses on challenging resolutions and other decisions made within companies, particularly limited liability companies, as well as matters related to the protection of personal rights.

Mateusz also handles debt recovery cases and claims for compensation related to delayed and canceled flights, traffic accidents, as well as claims by borrowers with foreign currency (CHF) loans. He has experience in conducting proceedings in the field of construction law, including disputes concerning the performance of construction contracts and claims related to defects and delays in the implementation of investments. Mateusz provides comprehensive legal advice to both business entities and consumers.

Mateusz obtained his license to practice law on January 8, 2020, and is a member of the Warsaw Bar Association. He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. Mateusz joined the team in August 2024, after gaining experience in renowned law firms.
