Aleksandra’s professional interests focus on procedural law (civil, business), substantive civil law, personal data protection, protection of personal property, press law, unfair competition. She gained her first professional experience working in the Arbitration Court at the General Counsel the Republic of Poland. Then, in the Tort Division of the General Counsel to the Republic of Poland handling litigation with the participation of the State Treasury and government administration bodies. She has professional experience: in providing comprehensive legal services to cultural institutions; providing legal services to capital companies; negotiating contracts; conducting trainings in the field of personal data protection; legal advice on intellectual property protection issues; performing the function of Personal Data Protection Inspector; due diligence processes. She gained professional experience working in Warsaw law firms.

Graduate of law at Leon Kozminski University. Graduate of the postgraduate studies “Personal Data Protection Inspector in the private sector” at the Polish Academy of Sciences. Member of the Association of Personal Data Protection Inspectors SABI. Currently, a doctoral student at Kozminski University in Warsaw. Her research interests focus mainly on studying the functionality of legal protection measures. Author of scientific publications and organiser of scientific conferences. She is an attorney-at-law trainee at the Warsaw Bar Association.
