Ada concentrates on advising and representing clients in civil and commercial disputes, also held before arbitration courts. Her experience ranges from complex corporate, construction and banking disputes to disputes relating to unfair competition and intellectual property law. Ada has extremely valuable knowledge and practical courtroom experience. She is a former judge of the District Court in Warsaw, where she adjudicated on various types of civil cases, in particular damage claims (e.g. damages related to accidents, medical errors and loss of enjoyment of holiday), real estate matters (e.g. real estate transactions, mortgages), distribution of assets and banking agreement disputes.
Ada graduated from the National School of Judiciary and Public Prosecution, which she successfully represented multiple times at the international level. She is a legal advisor and a member of the Warsaw Bar Association since 2018. In 2012, she completed her postgraduate studies in medical law and bioethics at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University. In 2009, she received her M.A. in law. In the Master’s thesis, written under the supervision of Professor Ewa Nowińska, Ada focused on the legal aspects of the advertisement law. Before joining the Rö team, Ada gained professional experience in a renown international law firm, as well as in Polish law firms.
